Thursdays are by far the busiest day of the week for the Certus Graduate team, as the Graduate Assessment Centre gets underway. From 9.30am our office buzzer begins to ring frantically with dozens of first class candidates eager to secure their first job experience. WHAT IS AN ASSESSMENT CENTRE?

An Assessment Centre is a day totally designed to meet the needs of our clients and candidates alike. We provide Bespoke Assessment Centres for companies looking to hire as few as two candidates through to a fully managed solution for larger recruitment drives.
