Our client, a global fintech start-up, delivers advanced financial, data and reporting technology. Due to the on-boarding of some major customers, they now have an exciting opening within their Customer Support team.
  
As a 1st line Support / Customer Support Executive, you will:   
  • Provide 1st line customer and technical support for accounting / finance software products
  • Provide telephone and email based support
  • Utilise support software (JIRA)
  • Respond to customers on a proactive basis and within agreed SLA’s
  • Monitor outstanding support issues
  • Escalate issue that can’t be resolved or replicated
  • Assist with testing, client training, bug resolution and more
  • Update help sites and forums
The ideal Candidate will:   
  • Possess prior 1st line support experience
  • Have excellent and confident communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ideally have knowledge of Java
  • Possess a good understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Enjoy assisting people
  • Have a genuine interest in technology and more specifically software
The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary of 23k plus an additional benefits package.
