As a leading cloud based provider of intelligence and analytics, our client has built an enviable account base, which includes many of the worlds leading brands. With a strong focus on life science and FMCG brands, they deliver compelling intelligence used in commercial decisions, product development and product placement to name just a few key areas. They now have an exciting and rare opening for an Account Manager to manage and deliver customer success.

As an Account / Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Create and follow a business plan focussed on delivering post-sales activities
  • Deliver a positive and integrated customer experience from onboarding through utilisation and renewal
  • Drive best practice, leverage intelligence and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate adoption enhancing activities
  • Drive renewal readiness through data driven account management
  • Identify and share product enhancement opportunities
  • Attend relevant conferences and events

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 5+ year’s sales experience gained selling SaaS based solutions. Information, data or analytics exposure would be advantageous
  • Those with knowledge or experience of selling into Life Science/healthcare or FMCG based brands
  • Proven sales professionals with exposure to working with large complex accounts
  • Degree educated individuals with solid customer success experience
  • Candidates who have first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver account results inline with strategic objectives

The successful candidate will be offered a 50-80k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 75-110k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
