Our client, a fast growing, innovative technology company, provides a unique platform to property managers, landlords and freeholders. Through enabling property managers to generate additional revenue streams, utilise location and footprint, they have developed solid relationships throughout Europe. They now have an exciting opening in Central London for an experienced Account Manager.

As a London based Account Manager, you will: 

  • Work in a hybrid 360 role, with a focus on winning and retain accounts
  • Target mid to large sized property managers, landlords and freeholders
  • Sell an innovative platform and service
  • Spend approximately 20% of your time in a client facing capacity

Applications are invited from:

  • Entrepreneurial candidates with first-rate communication and presentation skills and the ability to sell at senior levels
  • Those with technology sales, commercial sales, estate agency, recruitment or property management sales experience
  • Degree educated candidates with 4-5+ years sales experience gained in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Candidates with a proven record of sales performance, account growth and strategic account planning
  • Self-motivated individuals with an excellent work ethic and the ability to think quickly and adapt to unforeseen challenges at a moment’s notice

The successful sales candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 30-35k plus additional benefits. First year realistic earnings are circa 60-70k.
