Account Manager – Online Data Sales
East and West Midlands (Home Based)
40k base, 55k OTE plus Amazing Benefits

As arguably the UK’s largest online marketplace for all types of property to buy or rent, our client’s membership includes approximately 90% of all UK Estate Agents, all the leading home builders and commercial property managers. With their national coverage, long-standing relationships and an unrivalled and outstanding choice of property, they continue to build upon their dominant position. Due to their ongoing commitment to subscribers within the new homes arena, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to cover a large East and West Midlands based territory.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Contribute to the overall delivery of commercial targets within the growing new homes sector
  • Strategically manage some of our clients’ largest accounts both at a head office and regional level
  • Deliver detailed and professional account management
  • Manage relationships and present at Director and Board level within strategic accounts
  • Deliver presentations, interpret data/information and design / present strategic account plans that are tailored to each customer
  • Follow through to conclusion each element of the strategic account plans
  • Ensure that all accounts have a clear understanding of products and pricing structures available
  • Deliver value-added solutions against existing account business needs
  • Attend 8-10 client meetings per week

  • Those candidates who possess 3+ years account management experience coupled with an appreciation for online or digital solutions
  • Candidates with proven account management experience and relationship building skills
  • Those who show competence in liaising with customers at all levels of hierarchy
  • Intelligent individuals with previous experience of strategic planning and tactical data-based decision making
  • Driven professionals with proven outstanding sales and negotiation skills and consistent over achievement of targets

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive package including a 40k basic salary with an uncapped 55k OTE. Additionally, there is an excellent benefits package on offer, which includes a quality car.
