Our client is a leading provider of conferences, exhibitions, webinars, trade shows, reports, seminars, training courses and international events focused on the renewable energy sectors. Through providing a vibrant mix of training solutions, news reporting, policy maker events and well attended conferences, our client delivers detailed, intelligent coverage and solutions covering everything energy. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting vacancy for a Business Development Executive to focus on selling training solutions from their London office.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Focus on both new and existing revenue streams, developing opportunities covering our clients’ entire portfolio of training solutions
  • Manage existing customers, developing new key accounts within the corporate/enterprise market
  • Construct and implement plans to deliver structured cross-selling of all available training solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to generate leads and new high value accounts

Applications are invited from:

  • Degree educated candidates with a minimum of 18 months’ previous consultative sales experience. Training, event, conferences or similar would be advantageous but not a necessity
  • Those who are dynamic in approach, ambitious, self-motivated and excellent communicators
  • Intelligent candidates with first class presentation and closing skills
  • Sales superstars who can demonstrate high levels of drive with the determination to make a mark in this leading training provider
  • Individuals with proposal writing, story boarding and pitching experience

The successful candidate will be offered a package including a base salary of 25-27k with a realistic and uncapped OTE of 42-45k plus further and generous benefits.
