As a rapidly growing provider of property management software, our client is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to deliver compelling web based demonstrations. With solutions covering every aspect of property management, tailored for both the residential and commercial markets, they are well placed for further growth.

As a London based Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Work in a new business capacity where you will identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Receive an ever-growing supply of inbound leads
  • Deliver compelling web based software demonstrations
  • Win and retain new business, ensure long term customer relationships and sell across an ever-growing portfolio of software solutions
  • Attend trade events

The ideal candidate will:

  • Need to demonstrate a minimum of 2-3+ years target driven sales experience, gained selling technology, software or SaaS based solutions
  • Have excellent communication skills, high energy levels, commitment to client service and leadership qualities
  • Be a natural fact finder, a strong negotiator and a keen closer
  • Have a head for figures, trends and analysis and show integrity, innovation and accountability

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-35k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 60k in the first year. A full benefits package is also provided.
