Our client, a fast growth digital start-up company with a focus on the healthcare sector, offers a leading platform for employers and employees to meet, mingle and engage. Through their easy to use platform and networking events, they continue to grow their account base at a rapid rate. They now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Graduate Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.   

As a London based Graduate Customer Service Executive, you will:

  • Join a fast growing operations team
  • Become the first point of contact for all user based communications
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new users
  • Manage site, payment, user and in-house queries
  • Develop brand presence

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be degree educated
  • Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a fast growth organisation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Possess the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a passion for delivering customer excellence

The successful sales candidate can expect an initial basic salary of 20-22k plus additional benefits and fast track progression.
