The Role
As a foundational member of their Australian office, you’ll bring energy and expertise to SMB clients, playing a pivotal role in driving client success and establishing the brand as a leader in workforce management across APAC. This is a unique chance to gain deep product knowledge while contributing directly to the company’s regional growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Become a Product Authority: Develop expert knowledge of the platform, delivering standout demos and tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Drive the Full Sales Cycle: From first contact to contract signing, you’ll own every step with confidence and finesse.
  • Champion the Customer’s Needs: Collect client insights to inform product development and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to keep the company’s approach cutting-edge.
  • Lead with Independence: Bring initiative and fresh ideas, making a mark in this fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on SMBs.
  • Positive Energy and Drive: Enthusiasm and a proactive approach are essential in this fast-paced role.
