The Role The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth across the small-business sector. The role involves identifying prospects, building strong relationships, and closing opportunities that enable clients to adopt innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, including calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
Key Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in professional services or technology. 3 + years closing. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with success managing high-value deals.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
