An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to join a global technology organisation known for delivering intelligent, data-driven solutions that help businesses work smarter and more efficiently.

About the Role This is a full-time, Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane-based position (hybrid/remote working available) within a collaborative Sales and Business Development team.

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing an existing client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Achieve revenue, renewal, and engagement goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and strong stakeholder relationships
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or subscription/retention sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or data solutions (advantageous)
  • Confident, driven, and collaborative with a consultative sales style
