About the Role This is a full-time, Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane-based position (hybrid/remote working available) within a collaborative Sales and Business Development team.

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing an existing client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Achieve revenue, renewal, and engagement goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and strong stakeholder relationships
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or subscription/retention sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or data solutions (advantageous)
- Confident, driven, and collaborative with a consultative sales style
