Our highly regarded client is an Australian-based cloud consultancy focused on large commercial and public sector organisations. Through leveraging proven methodologies, they deliver hyperscale cloud technologies in a vendor-agnostic environment. This highly collaborative company has an immediate opening in Canberra for a Senior Cloud Training and Enablement Consultant.
  
As a Senior Cloud Training and Enablement Consultant, you will:  

• Develop and implement comprehensive cloud learning strategies and initiatives.
• Empower users to effectively utilize cloud-based technologies.
• Tailor capability-building programs to meet customer-specific needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning requirements and develop targeted educational content.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to formulate strategies and build a business case for training engagements.
• Partner with customer experts and vendors to create engaging and interactive cloud learning materials.
• Coordinate training sessions for customers, both in-person and virtually, to enhance their proficiency in cloud technologies.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud computing platforms and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics
• Provide ongoing support to customers and internal stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and challenges related to cloud technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  

• 5+ years experience in cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) delivering large-scale enablement programs
• Proficient in instructional design, creating engaging learning materials
• Comfortable communicating with Executives, IT Management, developers, and business leaders
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree (Master's degree preferred)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Foundational certifications preferred
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to evolving technologies
• Active Australian security clearance or eligibility
