80-110k Base, 105-145k OTE + Executive Benefits

As a leading digital engagement platform purpose-built for multichannel marketing, our client’s platform enhances conversion rates, open rates, and click-throughs through driving mobile-first customer engagement via real-time and relevant messaging. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to be based in NYC.
As an Account Manager, you will:  
  • Develop and nurture existing relationships
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Cross-sell and up-sell
  • Act as primary customer contact
  • Manage implementations and user training
  • Prepare and present renewal contracts
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Prepare and present account reviews
Account Manager applications are invited from:  
  • Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive, and possess 2+ years of account management experience
  • Those with experience in SaaS/Technology sales
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven organizational skills
  • Account management-focused sales performers with a track record of success
  • Those with the ability to manage relationships at every level

The successful Account Manager can expect:  
  • A base salary of 80-110k
  • First-year achievable OTE of 105-145k
