Our firmly established and award-winning client is a leading provider of Microsoft 365 Consultancy and support. Through helping organisations of every size deliver digital transformations, they expertly utilise all M365 collaboration and productivity tools. To meet demand, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win, manage and grow a lucrative portfolio.
As an M365 Business Development Manager, you will:  
  • Develop an understanding of our client's service offering
  • Engage with prospects and customers at varying levels
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and nurture named accounts
  • Supplement inbound opportunities with outbound activity
  • Land and expand accounts of varying value
  • Travel to customer sites and/or attend events  
The ideal M365 Business Development Manager will possess the following skills, experience, and traits :  
  • 2+ years experience in a M365 consultancy sales role
  • A proven record of sales success
  • Demonstrable experience in planning, qualification, detailed questioning, objection handling, and closing
  • An understanding of buying criteria
  • The communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at C-Level
  • Excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability, and responsibility
  • Be commercially aware and highly knowledgeable on M365
  • Possess superb relationship-building skills
  • Organised and hot on process management
The successful M365 Business Development Manager will be offered:  
  • A 60-65k base salary
  • An uncapped OTE of 120-130k
