They now have an exciting opening in Central London for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager
As a London based, Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build solid relationships with new business prospects (warm leads/appointments provided)
- Run prearranged demos
- Source, target, and close new business revenue
- Target a range of stakeholders across all industries
- Negotiate/close deals of varying value
- Work in both an internal and external, client facing capacity
- Lead a team of BDEs and junior sales executives
- Report team activities to sales leadership
- Be degree educated (2:1 and above)
- Have 2+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (SaaS, MarTech, Subscription based, etc.)
- Have sold to/through marketing, insights, CCaaS, or HR
- Have an MRR focus
- Demonstrate credibility and gravitas with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Be entrepreneurial and ethical in your sales approach
- Show balance in competing priorities and managing multiple project/deals
- Thrive on autonomy
- Demonstrate leadership traits with a desire to break into management
- A base salary circa 52-68k
- An uncapped OTE of 104-136k
