Business Development Manager
UK Remote
40-45k Base, 55-60k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing Tax Consultancy. Through their understanding of the complexity of regulations, they deliver a quality service, driving innovation with measurable benefits covering R&D tax credits, IP Services and more. To reach their full potential, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to close pre-qualified deals. This is a UK remote role.
Business Development Manager rewards:  
  • A starting base salary of 40-45k
  • A first-year uncapped OTE of 55-60k

Business Development Manager responsibilities:    
  • Close sales opportunities with an AOV of 12k
  • Manage an ever-increasing supply of SDR-qualified meetings
  • Sell at CFO level
  • Supplement SDR activity as required
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships
  • Manage and report on monthly pipelines
Business Development Manager requirements:   
  • Degree level education
  • Minimum of 2+ years of closing sales experience
  • Financial services experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with selling to CFOs (preferred)
  • Results-driven with the ability to sell and project a positive and professional attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven sales success
  • C-suite relationship-building skills
  • Ability to negotiate contractual terms to close sales
  • Self-starter, commercially minded, and ambitious to learn
