- Manage the end-to-end process for a market-leading magazine and associated online platforms, from editorial planning to publication.
- Sell advertising solutions, including classified and display ads, online advertising, and sponsorship packages for events and conferences.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Actively identify and approach new business opportunities, expanding the client database and generating fresh revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the editorial and events teams to align sales efforts with overall brand strategy and content direction.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Regularly attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences, which may require travel and overnight stays.
- Work under tight deadlines, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, while managing time effectively to balance multiple priorities.
- Proven track record in media sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to generating new revenue opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients across diverse industries and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills to secure advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Self-motivated team player with high energy and enthusiasm for achieving results.
