As a Customer Support Associate, you will:  
  • Deliver end-to-end support for SaaS product users
  • Manage SLAs and perform hands-on issue resolution
  • Deliver both proactive and reactive training for end users
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless service
  • Perform system administration
  • Build and maintain extensive customer relationships
  • Join an on-call support rota
