As a leading provider of business software and consultancy services, our client has grown to become a respected, strategic, and leading Sage Business Partner. With access to an ever-growing suite of products and a full range of hosted solutions, they are well-placed for further growth. To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate opening for a Sage 1000 / X3 Support Specialist to be hybrid based near Birmingham.
  
As a Support Specialist, you will:  
  • Provide turnkey and specialist support for Sage 1000 and X3 users
  • Deliver phone and email support
  • Focus on customer service
  • Follow data protection protocols
  • Stay updated on software upgrades
  • Record all support logs
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
  • Share knowledge in a team environment
  • Provide on-site support if required
Support Specialist applicants will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Sage support experience
  • 1000 / X3 accreditations
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive with a can-do attitude
  • A commitment to learning
  • Flexible and able to work shift patterns
  • Team player
The successful Support Specialist can expect:  
  • A base salary circa 35-40k
