After years in recruitment and countless candidate interviews, I have recommended many books to those seeking to get their first foot in the “sales” door, through to professionals who need to refresh long forgotten skills; or indeed to those who just needed a boost to their confidence.

Along with my colleagues at Certus Recruitment Group, I have come across numerous books and articles that I believe have something unique to offer in supporting those who seek inspiration, sales motivation or training. Below is the number one book we have received the most positive feedback on, followed by a list of our favourites that I would highly recommend to anyone.

#1 must read…

Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time.
By Brian Tracy

This is an excellent book and easy read which will have an immediate impact on your productivity. With each chapter being around five pages written in plain and simple English, this is a ‘must read' for anyone who could do with improving their prioritisation and organisation, which we all know goes a long way to improving sales success.
