Certus Recruitment Group operates a candidate referral scheme to reward those that help us spread the word.

​

If you like how we work and think we could help someone you know simply fill out the form below, we'll get in touch with them and when we place them with one of our clients we'll send you a referral fee of £250.

​

It's that simple!

 

Conditions:

  • Any candidate referred must be a ‘new’ candidate not registered with Certus Recruitment Group

  • The referral must be completed using the web-based referral form below

  • Payments will be made upon completion of any guarantee period offered to the client

  • You will be responsible for any tax/ HMRC liability arising from referral payments
