Throughout his tenure Tim has honed his skills in navigating the full recruitment life cycle from initial client engagement to final placement, consistently delivering positive outcomes for diverse clients.
Tim has a Degree in Human Resources Management and a Level 7 CIPD qualification. He lived and worked in Canada for a number of years before returning to the UK. His skills lie in cultivating robust and enduring relationships, both with clients and candidates, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. He obtains a buzz by under-promising and over-delivering at every possible opportunity. Renowned for his proactive approach he is committed to exceeding expectations, often going the extra mile to identify and secure hard-to-find talent tailored to client specifications.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tim enjoys playing and watching sports. His son is also a keen sportsman, and he spends a considerable amount of time driving to and from various venues around the country.
