After finding both a love and talent for sales and leadership, Tom moved from the leisure and fitness sector into Recruitment. After multi-year success in the Cyber Security sector, Tom returned to his leadership roots and now leads a team of high-performing consultants.

As Managing Director for Europe at Certus Recruitment, Tom and his team focus on helping technology companies achieve their growth plans across all Sales, Marketing, and Technical functions.

Outside of work, Tom is a massive Reading FC fan and a follower of all sports.
