To meet their growth initiatives, this disruptive forward-thinking reseller has an exciting opening for a 2nd line Service Desk Analyst.
As a 2nd line Service Desk Analyst, you will:
- Join a growing UK Technical Services Team delivering 24/7 support
- Respond to system events, availability, and capacity issues
- Perform troubleshooting and problem solving on incidents
- Perform planned maintenance activities
- Cover requests across storage, network, virtualisation, and Microsoft technologies
- Receive both Vendor and structured training
- Support onboarding
- Cover a 4 day on / 4 off – 4 night on / 4 off rotation
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- VMware, Horizon, VDI
- Microsoft technologies
- Cloud technologies
- Managed service environments
- CCNA, VCP, NCDA is advantageous
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated
- Eager to learn (undergo paid certifications0
- Team player
- A base salary circa 35-40k
