Account Director – Agency
50-65k Base, 100k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a fast-paced, results-driven demand/lead generation company focused solely within the technology sector. Their complete range of services includes appointment setting, database development, account profiling and channel development, to name just a few. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now require an experienced Account Director.
As an experienced Account Director, you will:
Manage a strong portfolio of existing mid to enterprise-level accounts
Promote the expansion of business services within existing clients, through up-selling and cross-selling solutions
Develop and manage high-level relationships, ensuring account renewal
Attend regular client meetings, deliver on-going account management and collecting briefs
Work closely with sales management to ensure campaigns are completed successfully
Carry an achievable annual target
To be successful in this role, you will:
Demonstrate significant experience gained in a similar agency or tech sales based role
Show the ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
Possess a persuasive and confident approach to managing complex accounts
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Possess a keen attention to detail
Be highly driven, motivated and strive for success
The successful candidate will be offered a 50-65k base salary plus an uncapped 100k OTE, with a full and overly generous benefits package.
