Account Executive - DACH
Remote - UK, Germany, or Ireland
50-80k Base, 90-150k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client, voted one of the best global companies to work for, has arguably the most recognisable CRM platform on the market. Covering sales, marketing and customer service, this scalable platform is used in over 120 countries worldwide. To maintain their enviable position and to further build upon their top-performing DACH team, they currently have an exciting Account Executive opening to be remotely based in Germany, The UK or Ireland. This role requires fluency in German and English.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan
- Grow new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads
- Complete qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- Close new business revenue
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level
- Work collaboratively with internal marketing and technology departments to evolve the sales strategy
- Run online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations
- 2-5 years in a quota-carrying role
- Fluency in English and German
- Complex sales environments
- C-level sales
- Pipeline and forecasting management
- Goal orientated with a track record of overachieving
- Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (Sandler etc.)

- A base salary of 50-80k
