Account Executive - HR SaaS
London / Hybrid
50-70k Base, 100-140k First Year + Stock
As a UK-based technology company with global ambitions, our high-growth, well-funded, scale-up client deliver enterprise grade HR Software focused on the ever-important online talent attraction market. To meet expectations and accelerate growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Executive to be based in London.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Generate and actively target enterprise accounts
- Create and implement individual account action plans
- Deliver lead gen, account mapping and qualification calls
- Run complex sales processes
- Prepare and deliver product/service demonstrations
- Close sales with 3-4 month cycles and 70k+ AOVs
- Evaluate and expand upon current business
- Become a product expert and thought leader
- 2-3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- HR SaaS (desirable)
- Degree education
- Start-up/scale-up experience
- Enterprise sales experience
- Advanced Salesforce user
- Drive, motivation, and attention to the details
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Customer centric
- A base salary of 50-70k dependent upon experience
- 100-140k OTE first year
