Account Executive – IT Services
UK Remote
75k Base, 150k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our Australian client delivers award-winning IT Solutions to companies of every size. From start-ups to enterprise, their infrastructure, cloud, security and manage services are scalable to meet every need. Due to EMEA expansion, they have an immediate opening for an Account Executive to be based in the UK. Selling a range of IT solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful company with an ambition to build out a UK based sales function.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Sell IT products to existing clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Manage a growing portfolio of won and existing client accounts
- Target SME and mid-market clients
- Offer solutions to potential clients by identifying pain points and demonstrating the value offering
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Be responsible for budget and closing your own pipeline
- Move into a sales management role as the region and sales function grows
- 5+ years of sales experience in Tech, IT Services or Cyber sales
- Business-related degree (highly desirable)
- Cyber security experience (desirable)
- Mix of Business Development and Account Management experience
- Demonstrable experience in hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Cross-selling and up-selling experience
- Drive, passion, and high activity levels
- A starting base salary circa 70-75k
- A first-year achievable OTE of 150k
