Our Melbourne based client is an innovative, fast-growing tech start-up. Through advanced analytics and a scalable platform, they deliver digital communications focused on customer engagement. Partnered with some of the worlds leading brands, they are forging ahead and as such, they are seeking to expand their dynamic sales environment through hiring an additional Account Executive.

As an experienced Account Executive, you will:

  • Engage with prospects to identify/create needs, qualify opportunities and close sales
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to close
  • Meet with clients to understand and generate requirements
  • Work through an ever-growing supply of warm leads

You will have:

  • 2-4 years sales experience gained in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
  • Technology sales experience (customer engagement, mobile or web solutions etc.)
  • A proven record of sales success
  • A consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • A well presented, charismatic and passionate demeanour
  • A team player mentality but the ability to work autonomously

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 75-85k, with a first-year achievable OTE of 105-115k plus generous benefits, an excellent working environment and real opportunities for fast-track career progression.
