Account Executive – LegalTech

60-90k base, 120-180k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a hot tech start-up company, our client is well funded, enjoying rapid ramp-up in revenues and has a well-received legaltech/fintech product. With a successful office in Europe, its now time to build-out their North American operations based in Miami. They currently have an immediate opening for an Account Executive.
As a Miami based Account Executive, you will:
- Forge and maintain positive relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Grow existing revenue
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, utilizing leads, existing contacts and numerous marketing initiatives
- Nurture prospects through a sales cycle, through maintaining control, developing relationships and constant engagement
- Become a product expert
- Regularly report on your sales results.
- Be degree educated, ambitious, and demonstrate a proven record of sales success
- Possess 3+ years of relevant technology/software sales experience
- Demonstrate an adaptable sales style
- Have in-depth knowledge of various sales strategies and methods
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organization skills
- Have an entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills and demonstrable business acumen
- An initial base salary circa 60-90k
- An uncapped OTE of 120-180k
