Account Executive - Europe
Remote – UK, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands
50-70k Base, 100-140k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of cloud-based e-commerce software. Through providing a one-stop solution that enables retailers and manufacturers to integrate, manage and optimise their merchandise sales across numerous online channels. They continue to set the standard, on a global scale, for best-in-class technology and they currently have openings across Europe for high-performing Account Executives.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and win business within the target market of Enterprise online retailers and brands
- Identify, develop, close and nurture new business opportunities
- Grow new clients into repeat customers and expand market share
- Communicate solutions, values and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain accurate reports and pipelines of all opportunities via Salesforce
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that internal & external expectations are being exceeded
- Meet and surpass individual monthly, quarterly and annual quotas for new business development
- Cover an assigned territory (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Nordic etc.)
- A proven track record of exceeding targets selling software, SaaS or Martech, preferably to E-commerce, brands or retail clients, of mid to Enterprise level
- A demonstrable history of both face to face and telephonic consultative sales
- Proven experience managing multiple sales cycles of differing lengths, particularly within a SaaS environment
- A clear passion and desire to work within the e-commerce arena
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A demonstrable history of selling at multiple levels within a client from C-suite down
- Bilingual abilities (English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish etc.)
- A base salary of 50-70k
- First-year achievable OTE of 100-140k
