Account Executive – Sponsorship Sales
NYC (Park Avenue)
70-80k Base, Uncapped 130-140k OTE + benefits
Our NYC-based client is a leading tech firm focused on business and educational advisory. Driving collaboration across business transformation, executive education, growth, and policy, they provide a framework for Fortune 1000 companies to better understand industry developments, showcase technology and drive best practices. They currently have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sponsorship Account Executive in Midtown Manhattan.
As a Digital Sponsorship Sales Executive, you can expect:
- A base salary of 70-80k

- Create and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Work on approximately 15 national B2B assemblies per year
- Sell event sponsorship primarily to the technology sector
- Become a key market leader
- Manage events (pre/post – onsite/offsite
- Develop relationships at multiple levels
- Manage the entire sales process
- Liaise internally to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met
- Travel to conferences and trade shows
- Degree educated
- 2+ years industry experience (conferences, expos, tradeshows, ad sales, sports/event sales etc.)
- A record of sales achievement
- New business and account management experience
- Intelligent and articulate
- Knowledge of IT Security, digital marketing, financial services, healthcare, or HR sectors advantageous
- Structured approach and solid time management
- Motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Salesforce experience
- Able to research data and facts
