Account Manager – Event Software
London / Remote
40-55k Base, 60-75k OTE + Executive Benefits
As a global leading provider of event management, planning software and associated services, our client delivers a state-of-the-art solution and has grown to become the software provider of choice for many private and public sector organisations. Covering virtual, hybrid and in-person events/meetings, this scalable platform manages complete events on every scale. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to existing subscribers, they now have an immediate opening for a client facing Account Manager to be based in/near London.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of circa 60-80 UK based accounts
- Deliver account management through regular client contact (in-person and virtual)
- Identify and close opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and renegotiate contracts
- Solidify client relationships at all levels
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure that all accounts receive a first-class service at every touchpoint
- Maintain high retention rates
- Be educated to degree level
- Possess a minimum of 2 years client-facing sales experience gained in the technology or event sectors
- Have a working knowledge of SaaS products and CRM solutions
- Demonstrate a consultative and professional approach to account management and growth
- Have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
- Be hungry, collaborative, confident, innovative and able to work autonomously
- A negotiable base salary of 40-55k
- An uncapped OTE of 60-75k in the first year
