Our client, a leading provider of information, is also one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies. With solutions covering research and analysis, compliance and lead generation, this fast-paced organisation delivers everything from historical financials through to industry reports and benchmarking. Their high-level screening functionality allows for in-depth analysis and access to an ever-growing portfolio of data, intelligence and filings. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing users, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to join their Central London based sales operation.  

As an experienced Account Manager, your primary tasks require you to:

  • Own a growing account portfolio of circa 40 tier 1 accounts
  • Lead all account renewals, identify and close opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell and further strengthen relationships with savvy users of business information
  • Identify subsidiaries and related businesses, looking for opportunities for revenue expansion
  • Work in a client facing capacity taking full responsibility for everything retention based
  • Manage enterprise level accounts in finance, insurance, fintech and technology sectors

You will:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3-4+ year’s proven account management experience, gained in a consultative customer orientated environment
  • Be experienced in SaaS, information, data, media or similar sectors
  • Have experience of dealing with senior management (to C-level)
  • Be entrepreneurial, sophisticated and conceptual in your approach
  • Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Be educated to degree level (2:1 preferred)

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary circa 40k with a realistic and highly achievable OTE of 60k plus generous benefits and genuine career progression within a fast growing organisation.
