Our scale-up client provides a leading platform focused on referral marketing and customer retention. Working with over 500 brands, they have established a dominant position, which they aim to rapidly grow through both the agency and partner channels. To drive key accounts, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for an Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Join a performing and fast-growing team based in London
- Focus is on developing/managing revenue streams from a portfolio of existing accounts
- Build mutually beneficial, value-based relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and renewal
- Present solutions via a consultative sales approach, understand needs and requirements to seek out new revenue
- Negotiate renewal with existing clients and contribute to the larger initiatives of the company
- Be educated to degree level, intelligent, inquisitive and possess a minimum of 2 years’ previous account management experience, ideally gained in martech or SaaS
- Have business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales, account management and complex sales structures
- Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels
- Be humble, mature and able to use initiative.
- A base salary circa 35-40k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 50-70k
