Account Manager - MSP
London / Remote
40-50k Base, 80-100k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our firmly established Managed Service Provider client offers a complete range of products, services, platforms, applications and expertise to help organisations of every size run efficient and effective IT environments. To meet the needs of a growing account portfolio, they have an immediate and exciting opening for an experienced Account Manager in London.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts
- Build amazing customer relationships and fully understand their business
- Maintain a high retention and renewal rate
- Develop strategic account planning and uncover opportunities for growth
- Carry a budget circa 450k GP
- Work with key vendors – Cisco, Palo Alto Networks etc.
- Manage sales cycles from discovery through to close
- Utilise a wider team to deliver a first-class service at every touchpoint
- Deliver training, product updates and general client service
- Be educated to degree level
- Be intelligent, inquisitive and possess a minimum of 2-3+ years proven sales/account management experience gained in a reseller, MSP, vendor or disti environment
- Have managed 300k+ GP levels
- Possess business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to account management
- Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with customers at C level
- Have attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Be highly organised and able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
