Account Manager (Renewals) – Salesforce Partner
35-45k Base, 60k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a “Platinum” Salesforce Partner, delivers leading Data Applications and Automation to Salesforce users worldwide. With their growing portfolio of products and services, thousands of potential users around the globe and a dedicated workforce with advanced technical skills, they are well placed for further growth. They now have an exciting and rare opening for an Account Manager to focus on account renewals.

As a Renewals Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing customers with a strong focus on delivering account renewals
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and solutions where applicable
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and support colleagues to deliver a first-class service and long-term customer success
  • Refine a renewals strategy to proactively engage a customer base
  • Implement processes to attain a 90% renewals rate

  • Account managers who have a minimum of 2+ years experience gained in a software/technology based sales environment
  • Candidates with prior knowledge of Salesforce (advantageous)
  • Those with first class communication and presentation skills
  • Intelligent individuals with a polished approach and a stable career record
  • Performers with a proven record of delivering account renewals/growth

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary circa 35-45k, with an uncapped OTE of 60k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
