A rapidly growing start-up provider of AI software focussed on data and sales performance. Our client’s SaaS based solutions enrich CRM records, stream leads and identify customer trends in a fresh and innovative manner. Due to growth within their Sales function, they now have an exciting opening for an internally based Customer Success Manager (Account Manager)

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
• Manage accounts from onboarding through their lifetime
• Drive customer adoption and success within an existing account portfolio
• Understand a customer’s business priorities, overall technology landscape and organisation
• Act as an internal advocate between customers and business functions (ie: Product and Sales)
• Provide proactive onboarding support to designated customers to ensure a positive customer experience
• Drive renewal readiness efforts by documenting licensed technology, customer owners and usage status
• Understand and document the adoption and relevance of all licensed products or services for assigned accounts
• Coordinate adoption-enhancing activities to mitigate any identified risk
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales, marketing, and product development to cultivate cooperation in customer activities
• Ensure the Customer is happy with the ROI from their investment
• Ensure the Customer extends or renews their contract

• Degree (Top University) educated candidates
• 1 year of a customer success/account manager experience (preferably within a Sales or Marketing technology landscape)
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels – including senior management and technical personnel
• The ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven project and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Proven customer service skills
• Demonstrable strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• The ability to manage and coordinate escalations
• The ability to solve problems and meet goals in creative ways

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 22-25k with an uncapped OTE of 30-37k plus an additional and generous benefits package, which includes subsidised gym, company trips, share options and more…
