Our CBD based cloud software provider continues to deliver exceptional growth with specific vertical markets. With a stronghold within the manufacturing sector, they continue to develop and deliver scalable solutions, country wide. They currently have an exciting and immediate opening for an experienced SaaS/Cloud Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Build and cement relationships with stakeholders in an existing account portfolio
  • Work with existing clients to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Prospect, generate and maintain pipeline opportunities
  • Work with internal colleagues to identify revenue and tailor products
  • Lead contract negotiations and extensions with existing users
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Spend approximately 50% of your time in a client facing capacity

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

  • 5-8 years SaaS/cloud based sales experience
  • Manufacturing or FMCG market sales experience (preferred)
  • Mid-market to enterprise level experience
  • Tenacious and driven person who is both a “solution” or “consultative” based seller
  • Familiar with lengthy sales cycles
  • The ability to adapt, learn quickly and become part of an exciting and growing company
