Our client, an innovative technology company, provides a SaaS solution focused on the development of compelling board reports. By helping board directors communicate information, insight and reporting, our client’s solutions allow the production of high-quality reports through dashboards, actionable insight and benchmarking. This leads to informed and strategic debate, reducing administrative costs and the channelling of concentration on key business metrics. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing user accounts, they now have an exciting and rare opening for an Account Manager to join their London based sales function.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 50 key accounts
  • Onboard, maintain and retain accounts throughout the entire contract lifecycle
  • Design and deliver detailed account plans
  • Build solid relationships with multiple touchpoints
  • Seek out opportunities for account growth, up-selling and cross-selling
  • Position accounts for 100 % renewals
  • Travel throughout a large and often international territory to meet accounts

Applications are invited from:

  • Candidates who have a minimum of 4-5 years senior account management experience, specifically gained within a client facing, customer-centric capacity
  • Those with first class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver account plans in line with strategic objectives
  • Highly polished, degree educated individuals with a proven and stable career to date
  • Those capable of articulating account plans, propositions and concepts to senior management and C-level directors
  • Account Managers with consulting, research, information or tech sales experience

The successful candidate will be offered a 55-60k negotiable base salary with an uncapped OTE of 75-95k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
