Our scale-up client provides a leading platform focused on referral marketing and customer retention. Working with over 500 brands, they have established a dominant position, which they aim to rapidly grow through both the agency and partner channels. To drive channel sales accounts, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for an Agency Partner Manager.
As an Agency Partner Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver an agency partner acquisition strategy
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners (digital marketing agencies)
- Optimise revenue opportunities and results within partners
- Deliver face to face sales support, product promotion, education and training to partners
- Strategise with partners to grow market presence
- Establish and work with a best practice approach for partner engagement and on-boarding
- Intelligent, inquisitive and commercially astute sales professionals who possess 2+ years martech or SaaS partner sales experience plus 5 years of overall sales experience
- Those with a solid understanding of agency and martech ecosystems
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven influencing skills
- Self-starters with a proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions (in an entrepreneurial start-up/scale-up environment
- Target achievers with a record of channel and direct sales success
- Individuals who have a deep understanding of cross-channel marketing
- Problem solvers, influencers and highly professional candidates
- A base salary of 60-65k
- An uncapped OTE of 90-95k
