They currently have an exciting contract position in Zurich for an experienced Application Support Analyst
As an Application Support Analyst, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in L2 Application Support role preferably from in the Finance or Banking Industry
- Technically proficient in UNIX/LINUX, Oracle PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Autosys, Batch Monitoring, Automation Tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
- Experience in Major Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
- Production support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good to have automation and efficiency Improvement experience, a passion for new tools ( SPLUNK, APPDYNAMIC, etc.), technologies ( Unix, Oracle, Java, Informatica etc.), and processes ( ITIL, DevOps, Agile) and adopt them in the working environment to increase the efficiency and effectiveness
