As a Backend Developer, you will help our client scale up their development operations. To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and traits:

Top OO programming skills
Ruby / Ruby on Rails
Front end applications design (Python, PHP, JavaScript etc.)
Open source development
RESTful web API’s
BDD and TDD
Mongo, MYSQL and NoSQL
Linux server administration

The successful candidate will be eager to learn and can expect a base salary circa 40k, plus a generous benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
