Business Development Director – AI
London / Hybrid
100-125k Base, 120-175k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client is an innovative European leader in the AI space. Through building, deploying and operating AI solutions for many of Europe’s largest companies, they drive performance, realize potential and use data to gain deeper insights and strategic decisions. Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate need for an experienced Business Development Director to work in a hybrid capacity.
As a Business Development Director based in London you will:
- Focus on new client revenue development across either energy or retail/consumer-focused companies
- Formulate go-to-market propositions
- Develop a deep understanding of our client’s technology offerings
- Carry out market mapping and competitor analysis
- Develop and execute commercial strategies
- Build trusted relationships with key prospects
- Attend events and conferences
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to drive growth
- Ultimately delivering enterprise account wins
- Degree level education
- A minimum of 5+ years enterprise sales experience in a high-growth technology sector
- Deep understanding of the energy or retail/consumer markets
- A history of working within a commercially targeted environment
- A dynamic approach, ambition, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills
- A proven record of achievement using sales enablement tools
- First class presentation and closing skills
- Drive and determined to make a mark in an industry-leading AI provider
- Technical acumen and practical problem-solving skills
- A fully negotiable 100-125k base salary
- An uncapped 150-175k OTE
