Our client, a global employee benefits consulting firm, offers flexible and innovative solutions to millions of employees throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. Their cutting-edge platform continues to grow and has been adopted by many of the world’s largest employers. Due to ongoing growth within the UK, they now have an exciting and rare opening for a Business Development Director to further develop the enterprise market.

As a Business Development Director, you will:

  • Drive new customer acquisitions, profitable revenue and increase customer share by building strong relationships within the enterprise arena
  • Be responsible for leading the way into target market segments and increasing the market share, crafting opportunities and pitching high level solutions
  • Focus on new customers, but also maintain and develop an existing list of high-profile target accounts
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of business
  • Sell through the HR channel

Sales applications are invited from candidates who have:

  • A minimum of 8+ year’s senior business to business sales experience, specifically gained selling SaaS solutions (HCM, HRIS, HRMS, Talent Management, Benefits etc.)
  • Proven experience in working with C-level HR Contacts
  • High level of commercial awareness, degree education and a solid record of articulating propositions and concepts
  • Multi-year performance with 7 figure targets

The successful senior sales professional will be offered a 90-100k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 175-250k, plus a full and overly generous benefits package.
