Our client, based in the South East Inner Suburbs, is a high growth global eCommerce Digital Solutions Company. With their Australian market growing 25% faster than all other regions, they are seeking to expand their dynamic sales environment through hiring an additional Business Development Executive.

As an internally based Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Engage with prospects to identify/create needs, qualify opportunities and build relationships
  • Deliver outbound sales to Heads of Digital, CMO, CEO and Marketing Director contacts
  • Follow-up on warm leads
  • Identify, book and confirm appointments
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to appointment setting
  • Achieve and constantly exceed agreed sales goals

You will have:

  • 1 years sales experience gained in a fast paced, target driven, phone-based environment
  • Knowledge of the technology, digital or eCommerce sectors
  • A proven record of sales success
  • Digitally savvy, well presented, charismatic and passionate
  • A team player mentality

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 55-70k, with a first-year achievable OTE of 80-95k plus generous benefits and an excellent working environment (Table Tennis, office dog and so much more…).
