Business Development Executive - FinTech
30-40k Base, 50k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech business are a leading payment processor specialising in transit payments. With an international footprint, they work with clients across the globe and have a number of contracts with high profile transport providers. With payment processing technology growing throughout the UK, they are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their fast-growing, London based sales function.
Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and new market opportunities, map target markets and understand the competitive landscape
Have a consultative approach to new business
Work closely with Business Development Managers to develop and execute sales activity, including sales and contract administration
Assist with sales pipeline management
Assist with the coordination of various marketing activities
Build exceptional long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Understand each client’s business and their challenges to help identify and correctly position solutions
Key Skills Required
2+ years experience in B2B sales/lead generation/appointment setting
Exposure to a sales environment and have an interest in the tech, finance or payments space
Technical literacy with the ability to understand complex products
Self-starter with the ability to work and manage your time independently
Fun, energetic and engaging personality with strong communications and relationship management skills
Free to travel, as required
The successful sales candidate will receive a Basic Salary of 30-40k with a 50k OTE plus a great benefits package.
