Our technology client is a specialist provider of everything Telco. From voice, mobile and data solutions through to IT (cloud, 365, hosted, server and support etc.) solutions. Over the past 10+ years, they have grown to become the supplier of choice for many organisations and enjoy strong relationships with all the top tech companies. Due to ambitious growth plans, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Executive to join their successful Maidstone based team.

As an internally based Sales Executive, you will:

  • Support senior sales colleagues in securing new business sales meetings, across a range of different sectors
  • Working through a large existing and pre-qualified database of contacts
  • Cold call pre-selected targets at Director Level, arranging qualified and confirmed meetings
  • Follow-up on all leads and calls to ensure the highest possible conversation rates
  • Work with colleagues to hone approach, follow-up on meetings and proactively pursue revenue opportunities

You will:

  • Possess an excellent telephone manner
  • Be intelligent and inquisitive, vibrant and polished
  • Have 1+ years experience gained a B2B sales environment (technology preferred)
  • Possess business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to new business sales
  • Have first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with customers at all level
  • Have a genuine interest in telco or technology solutions

The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary of 21-25k dependent upon previous experiences, with a first year OTE of 35k plus additional benefits, ongoing training and a fun, energetic and ever-evolving working environment.
