Business Development Executive – Training Consultancy
30-35k Base, 55-65 OTE + Amazing Benefits
With their true global footprint, our client helps organisations improve performance. Through proprietary data, innovation and industry expertise, this industry leader delivers training solutions designed to accelerate growth, lead business transformation and build world-class teams. Due to B2B growth, they now have an immediate need for a Business Development Executive to be based from their London office.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Target B2B prospects from SME through to corporate accounts
Work in an internal capacity, utilising a constant flow of leads
Leverage social media (LinkedIn etc) to identify, reach and engage with prospects
Target UK companies in a variety of sectors
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial interaction through to close
Applications are invited from those with:
1-2+ years sales experience gained in a B2B based sales environment
Formal sales training (preferred)
A new business mentality
A dynamic approach, ambition, self-motivation and excellent communication skills
A proven record of achievement (sporting, academic, workplace)
Drive, determination and a hyper-articulate and intelligent persona
The successful candidate can expect:
A base salary of 30-35k
An uncapped 55-65k OTE
