Business Development Executive – Unified Communication
30-36k Base, 50-55k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a leading provider of Managed Services, business communications and infrastructure, our client is well placed for further and rapid growth. With strong Vendor relationships and a committed and technically aware salesforce, they consult, design, deploy and manage complex ICT solutions. Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced and new business-focused SME sales professional to cover a lucrative national territory.
As a client-facing Business Development Executive, you will:
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets within SME accounts
- Manage and grow a territory through a mix of new business generation and account referrals
- Identify, grow and nurture SME sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop a sales pipeline
- Sell across a full and expanding product portfolio
- Possess 1+ years experience in a client-facing, SME sales role where the emphasis was on unified communications or technology
- Understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at every level
- Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
- Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings
